​John  has earned a reputation for being one of the most successful, dynamic and knowledgeable people in the Melbourne property industry today based as much on his relaxed, friendly and warm demeanour as it is on his astute business sense, market knowledge and formidable negotiating skills


 At the same time, as a Founder and Director he has been instrumental in building Halfapercent and Noble House into the company it is today, a leading boutique agency in the real estate industry in Melbourne. His extraordinary success has come from a willingness to go out of his way for every client, no matter how big or small.


 As a fully licensed real estate agent, John understands the importance of compliance and statutory obligations. Prior to embarking on his real estate career, John was a successful Civil Engineer B.E. Eng. (Civil) Monash and Physiotherapist B.AppSc. (Physio) Melbourne,  and brings a wealth of experience in his past and present careers to provide a rounded approach to property matters. This means decisions are made with a more balanced approach rather than the blinkered and less life experienced responses from other competitors


 As an auctioneer, John is different, powerful and most importantly, very successful. Over the years a number of his auctions have established price records


and to this day John gains enormous satisfaction from over-delivering on promises to clients, and from the successes of each of his team members. His goal is simple – to create ‘the most professional boutique real estate agency in Melbourne’.


 When he is not working, walking or riding, John loves spending time with his wife Rosie and his children. They love travelling, getting to the beach to body board in their wet suits, taking the dog for a walk in the park or enjoying a meal at one of Melbourne’s fantastic eateries. 


 John is a long-time supporter of many charities especially those involved with children’s and adolescent support hoping to make a difference to their lives.
