I am a landlord and have had a great experience with Halfapercent and have been very helpful with all issues. We had a tenant that damaged our stone kitchen benchtop and John organised for it to be repaired at a reasonable price. We asked that the tenant pay for this repair and Halfapercent attended VCAT where the tenant admitted damaging it and VCAT decided he was not responsible. We then decided we should sell the property and used Halfapercent. We were living overseas, and John was fantastic on auction day speaking to us during the auction and got us a great result. I would highly recommend Halfapercent since they are very passionate about everything they do.

We had a rangehood problem as the tenant. Unfortunately, the identical rangehood was unavailable for 4 months. John (Director) came up with an inventive solution and we had a new rangehood in a couple of days – excellent customer service.

Especially during the re-letting of my property and when maintenance occurs John is always willing to assist and even helped me source an appliance to save so extra money
